Ross narrates stories of notoriously iconic figures such as Quartz, Flowerman, Bo-Diddly, Bunkie Brown, Big Ike, Convertible Burt, and Rick Brownlee along with notorious gangs such as Vonda, John Doe and the Boobie Boys. Director Chris Larceny spent years on the film.
